Baldpate Dining Room Menu Baldpate Soup and Salad Buffet
You will delight in the option to savor all you wish, whether your choices include our hearty Beef Stew with tender cubes of beef; our popular two bean Chili; the newest favorite, our robust Cowboy Buffalo Stew, a beflowered Garden Vegetable Soup; the often requested Broccoli Cheese; our flavorful Pumpkin Curry Soup; classic French Onion; or just our simple, but exceptionally rich Potato Leek Soup. A call or check of our Baldpate daily blog will tell you which two soups we will be serving each day. Generally we choose a hearty meat soup and a lighter vegetarian one.
Our Salad Buffet provides you with the freshest greens, both Spinach and Lettuce, with the traditional array of toppings. You will also enjoy a variety of fruit and vegetable salads. You may find a crispy Waldorf Apple, Pineapple Pistachio Salad or Jicama Two Step Combo.
Accompanying our Hearty Wheat Bread each day, you can indulge in scrumptious muffins and fluffy rolls which are so freshly baked that we may warn you to let them cool a minute or two. Our moist Cornbread needs no further advertisement than to suggest you sample it for yourself.
Slice of homebaked Pie 
Tantalizing you from an elegant silver tray, our generous slices of home baked Pies will be difficult to resist. Whether your options include Chocolate Crème, Cherry, Peach, Key Lime, Rhubarb, Blueberry, Swedish Apple or Pecan, we’ll try to tempt you further by suggesting you enjoy your dessert a la mode.
Beverage Options
In addition to our superb teas and coffees, we invite you to consider our list of selected wines and beers as the perfect compliment to your meal. We are pleased to offer you the option of our favorite Colorado microbrews and wines as well as a variety of other domestic and international spirits. If you are celebrating a special occasion you will want to add the enjoyable bubbly sparkle of a bottle of champagne!

Children’s Options
Children under 10 are welcome to enjoy whatever they please from our salad buffet, or if preferred, we will gladly prepare for them one of our kid’s deli plates, macaroni & cheese, or peanut butter & jelly sandwich with carrots and fruit. 2015 Wtwref
