This enchanting retreat delightfully sleeps up to six guests with its three private bedrooms and two baths. The main floor host the master bedroom with one King bed and ensuite bath. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, one with one Double bed and the other with two Twin beds. The second bath is located on the main floor and has a traditional shower. The Great Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Library, and Solarium complete the layout of the Homestead.

During your stay, relax in the comfortable couches of the Great Room with picture window, vaulted ceilings and wood burning fireplace inset.

Grab a book and escape to the peace of the sunny Solarium or the cozy Library with second wood burning fireplace.

The Dining Room entertains a generous space for your meals or to enjoy a family night of board games. If you must stay in touch with work, our Library along with cozy loveseat seating and a second fireplace includes a desk area with printer for your laptop.

The full Kitchen is graciously equipped with double oven stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and dishwasher along with the dinnerware, pots and pans you may need to fix a meal or extra snacks.

Nestled among the aspen and pines, our wrap around porch invites you to sit back for a peaceful view of the forest and wildflowers, the watchable wildlife that may stroll or fly by or to just take in the fresh mountain air.

As with all our Baldpate property, you are just steps away from the Lily Lake area of Rocky Mountain National Park, so hiking trails, fishing and other outdoors opportunities are just next door.

Our Baldpate Homestead has a four night minimum. Our B&B rate for 2 guests is $500 per night, each additional guest at $25. This rate include our three course gourmet breakfast for each guest each morning as well as freshly baked bedtime snacks each evening along with your daily housekeeping.

As a streamlined option you may wish to consider our Keys to the Homestead package, which omits our gourmet breakfast each morning and daily housekeeping services at the non-B&B rate of $400 per night for two guests and $25 per extra person.
