The Baldpate Inn Cancellation Policy & B&B Notes
Please understand due to our intimate size, any cancellation affects us significantly. Consequently, we do adhere to
a strict cancellation policy.
To preclude any additional charges should you find it necessary to cancel or change these reservations, please notify us in writing at least 14 days in advance of your planned arrival; otherwise your deposit will be forfeited in accordance with our no-show policy. Should you need to cancel before the 14 day advance guarantee, a 10% cancellation rebooking fee based on the cost of your total stay, will be charged to cover our processing costs and the remaining deposit will be re-credited to your charge card.
Just as a reminder, your Bed & Breakfast rate includes your guest room as well as our three course gourmet breakfast for each guest each morning as well as your bedtime snacks each night.
Since we have an occasionally resident friendly German Shepherd we cannot permit other pets on the property. For your health we remind you that The Baldpate Inn is a non-smoking facility.
